We had our first official engagement party, a dinner thrown in San Angelo by John's mom and stepdad. The food was incredible, and the company was great, including Helen's parents, who made it all the way from New Mexico.

Finished our day-long marriage retreat at the archdiocese. We now know everything there is to know about marriage, should be no surprises.
